How is Hillcrest involved?

This program has been around for many years all across the united states! There are multiple churches working together in northern Kent county to serve, and house individuals in this program. Hillcrest is honored to be one of those who are able to host families!

We are a bible based church, therefore everything we say and do is rooted in the living Word of God.

In James 1:27 (NIRV) it says:

“When widows and children who have no parents are in trouble, take care of them. And Keep yourselves from being polluted by the world.”

Each church takes a turn to house families for a week at a time per quarter. Hillcrest will be hosting families for 2020, the weeks of:

January 19-25, 2020

April 5-12, 2020

June 14-21, 2020

September 6-13, 2020

Nov. 29- Dec. 6, 2020

How can YOU get involved?

We are still in need of volunteers! Whether it’s your time, efforts, making a meal, or helping purchase the necessities, we need you!
